Dinner and a Movie

Dinner is pizza. The movie is “God on Trial,” a Masterpiece Theater production set in Auschwitz during World War II. The Jewish prisoners put God on trial for abandoning the Jewish people. The question is whether God has broken his covenant with the Jewish people by allowing the Germans to commit genocide. 

We will eat dinner while we watch the movie, which is 90 minutes, and then discuss the movie.

There will be a sign-up sheet in the Sanctuary beginning October 6. Please signup if you plan to attend so that we know how much pizza to order.
